  • The Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony highlights and honors deserving HBCU graduates for distinguished service to their country and Alma Maters, as well as achievements in their field of endeavor.For 30 years, the Hall of Fame has celebrated inductees in the following fields: Arts & Entertainment, Athletics, Business and Industry, Community Service, Education, Faith & Theology, Government & Law, Medicine, Science and Lifetime Achievement.
  • The focus of the Competition of Black College Queens is to provide great opportunities for these young women attending our nation's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and help the better prepare for the future, as well as gain self-awareness, selfconfidence, individual pride, pride for their institution and a greater social awareness overall. Each of the college queens in the competitiion represents the leadership and reigning queen of the HBCU they represent. In this series of competitions, our queens demonstrates their unique talents and skillsets, to the point of one finalist and ultimate college queen of the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame.

  • HBCU Golf Classic

    The Black College Invitational Golf Classic takes place during the annual Hall of Fame Weekend and attracts the elite Division I and Division II HBCU golf teams. The Hall of Fame awards scholarships to participating schools in support of their golf programs. This is the only official NCAA sanctioned golf tournament for teams from Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the United States.

    The golf competition is part of an extended weekend hosted by the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame. The organization celebrates its anniversary every year with an exciting lineup of events, competitions and professional development workshops for The National Black College Alumni, Current Students, Administrators, Faculty, Staff and Supporters. This is an event you don't want to miss and an opportunity to share with others. Join us in 2016 for yet another spectacular experience on the green.
  • HBCU Football Classic

    Black College football season kicks off in September and during this time fans look forward to the HBCU Classics. What are HBCU Classics? Unlike bowl games, these annual football matchups are often played at neutral sites during the regular season. They are more than a game; they are weekend extravaganza accompanied by the battle of the bands, concerts, parades, and parties.
